    Im very disappointed with Airtel-Blackberry services. Here’s why:

    1. There speed via a ZERO rental Airtel GPRS = about 40 Kbps max (same for blackberry service) BUT the cost in black berry is 25 times more.
    Normal = Rs 0.30 / 50 Kb
    BlackBerry Service = Rs 0.15/Kb

    There is no added benifit, and you pay fixed rental for their PUSH email etc anyway, so what are they charging 25 times more for the internet service?

    When I asked them, they say “is a business phone” ..so? Justify the cost! if it was faster I’d feel better.

    Their mentality seems to be, “Blackberry = Business phone” so drain the customer! If they think like that their days are numbered for sure.

    You basically need to subscribe to AIRTEL plan

    Hey, I posted that when I didnt know about the Rs 299 per month rental. This is a decent plan for the impoverished. You dont get internet but atleast you get basic services to survive. ;)

    While a Blackberry is great and a good business companion, the Airtel services is a Fraud and the bills are inflated and beyond any understanding, do they have a enterprise plan, and how does it differ in terms of bills for an Personal mail plan, no clarity only floating inflated bill. I AM SICK OF AIRTEL
