Promising a free service for 3 months they disconnected the service within a week after sending lousy smss and making telephonic demands for subscription. Even after so many telphonic reminders for the past 2 months, the iptv people have never bothered to collect the set top box and refund Rs.1500/- as promised by the team. Is it their way of functioning? It is unfortunate that BSNL which had shed its public sector image by improving its customer service magnifold, is partnering these crooks only to spoil the long built image and reputation.
