    I have a NOKIA peice of slide model. I purchased one and half year back in pune. My problem is when am inserting SIM then it saying SIM failure. with out SIM working fine. I need to repair for it. Can you suggest me the place in bangalore so that i can repair

    The following service centre Mend Square G004, 136 Cears Plaza, Opp. to Bangalore Club Residency Road, Bangalore is a shit place were a customer loosed his temper. These stupid people took my phone before a month back and were not able identify what was the issue with it. and you can never expect a call from their end and very careless about the customer. I do not know on what basis these nokia people are authrizin these stupid people.

    I have a very similar experience at the same Indiranagar service Center.. i had to part away with my phone for 4 whole days… only to know that they have just ‘updated the software’, instead of solving the problem of my display issue. I have N97 mini. Later, when i went to collect my phone, they took back the job sheet. when i asked for a copy of the job sheet (for my future reference).. they ALTOGETHER denied it!!!! and said that, we can give u a job no.. and u can qoute the same if required!! Feeling like a looser, I took back my phone home.. only to know that the problem still exists!!

    thank you for your suggestion but i was late already i bought nokia n97 mini past 2 weeks onwards am also getting some touch screen issue with my mobile i really frustrated and thought to throw out.

    Even i have the similar problem….am havin nokia 5233….it has got a prob called ‘flickering’…..its still in warranty period….(till june 15 2011)…they said they gonna charge me some 1900 bucks…..screw u nokia care…..

    I have handed over my mobile model no. 7230 to your service centre on 1st October 2011.  The Job sheet number is 304465550/111001/29.  I was informed that your centre would be calling me on the number I had provided to inform when the phone would be repaired.  I have approached your centre three times after that to find out when the phone would be repaired and delivered, but every time I was either infomed that it will take 11 days or I will recieve a call once it is repaired.
     
    It is very unfortunate to note that it is more than 3 weeks now and when ever I call I am told that it will take 11 days.  It looks as though that your centre is not putting any efforts either to repair my phone nor get the required spares whatsoever to repair the phone.
     
    This phone model was purchase only a year and a half back and has gone bad.  If this is the way Nokia care is treating its customers I am sorry to say that customers would soon loose faith with Nokia phones.
     
    Please let me know if the phone can be repaired or not.  If you cannot repair the phone your should be suggesting what needs to be done to get the phone repaired.  I would be forced to wirte to Nokia on the present state and ask for their help.
     
    Please reply ASAP to let me know as to when you would be delivering the phone after repair.

     I have handed my phone for repair model no 6322 on 30 october  2011. they told once they check they will let us know by phone which i had provided in application foam what’s the service charges and when can i recieve the phone but they did not called me after 5 days when i went and enquire they did not touch the phone it self it was laying as it is. When i went again next after 3 days that time suddenly they told me cost of the charges and it was repaired. But after 10 again phone is same problem it is not working same earlier problem now tell whom i want to contact ( NOKIA SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD IN RAJAJI NAGAR ) SUGGESTING TO PLACE SOME GOOD EXPRIENCED GUY’S. AND SAME TIME MANY CUSTOMERS CAME FOR THE SAME ISSUE RAJAJI NAGAR SERVICE IS REALLY BAD

    care point# 652, 11th MainRroad, 1st floor, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011,         friends please don’t go to this service center, worst worst i ever seen, there service charges are too high & there talk so rude…  my cell was locked by security code… i asked them to format & update the cell its basic model… i paid only 1500 rs …. now they are charging 350…..really for simple job the are charging more…. i thing they earn lot by cheating others…..

    this one is really good good good service i am very much happy with this service center…. i always go for nokia brand i know now these models r not good but i purchased c6-00 after a month touch screen not working & hanging problem, i approached all service center they told it will take minimum 10 day, but this people provide so good service even it not in stock, they repaired or exchanged did something now the cell is working so smoothly  i am happy with this people & imp thing is there service charge is also good they not charge too high …… here the people are so friendly & helping nature…..

    Even Iam one of the most woorst experienced customers of Nokia. Its better to take ur mobile back from them in whichever condition it is in and give it to some trusted private mobile repair/service centers.

    I have E51, my daughter broke the panel and when I asked for a new panel in BTM Nokia care, they replied saying the we’ll do not get stock from the company i.e. Nokia. If this is the case with Nokia, I would never buy Nokia phones and refer to my friends not to buy Nokia phones
