		<description>I had a very horrible experience with Nokia care center @ Tippasandra Indira Nagar. I would suggest all to contact any other nearest support centers , if you want to get your mobile repaired. I think the customer service executive have broken all records by telling lies when ever we called or visited the centre.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Now I have thrown my mobile in garbage and will never buy a Nokia set again , not becuase of the product quality BUT ONLY BCOS OF THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.</description>

		<description>A horrifying experience with Nokia service center located at INDRANAGAR (tippasandra) Bangalore.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;ISSUE: The display does not work (however the display would work now and then if the handset heats up)..&lt;br&gt;WARRANTY: 18th April 2009 to 18th April 2010.&lt;br&gt;Handset Model: 5800 music express(Touch screen).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On 16th April 2010 I had been to the Nokia service center located at INDRANAGAR (tippasandra) Bangalore.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&gt;The lady at the reception asked me to wait for 10 minutes while the technicians will diagnose the mobile and isolate what the issue is.&lt;br&gt;&gt;The lady came back and told me that its a &quot;HANGING PROBLEM&quot;&lt;br&gt;&gt;She asked me to mention it as &quot;HANGING PROBLEM&quot; in the job sheet. I mentioned it as she instructed me to.&lt;br&gt;&gt;I was asked to come back after 10 days to collect the phone.&lt;br&gt;&gt;I had to call Mr.Raju the supervisor incharge of the store requesting him to fasten the repair process. He spoke to the executive and asked him to return the mobile in 4 days. However the pick up date on the job sheet was 25th April.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On 22nd @ 11am I went to the store (I had to board a flight the same evening):&lt;br&gt;&gt;I was asked to wait for another 20minutes. (At this point the executives had realized that my mobile issue is yet to be fixed. So they just updated the mobile software to the latest version.)&lt;br&gt;&gt;The mobile was handed over to me and i found that they had restored the mobile and update the software. And the mobile seems to be working.&lt;br&gt;&gt;I also confirmed about the after service warranty with the technician and he said if i happen to face the same issue i can come back with in 30 days and they&#039;ll fix it.&lt;br&gt;&gt;Reached home only to find my mobile display back to the same old issue.&lt;br&gt;&gt;&quot;I was so frustrated and upset. Because these days its not so easy to get time out from work to visit these center to get issue fixed. And now even after I managed to compromise the phone and time, they haven&#039;t bothered to fix the issue.&quot;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Way to the airport:&lt;br&gt;&gt;I&#039;m not able to use the phone. 		<description>hello.my two nokia mobiles have to get repaired. nokia 7310 supernova&#039;s main buttons on keypad doesn&#039;t work and nokia 2710 hav network problem, it catches network sometimes and after 5  minutes its shows that no network coverage, and when i use the same sim card in another mobile it has network coverage. i ask here for help to get repaired both my mobile phones to the nearest place in bangalore. and i also want to know the prices   for the repairing phones.</description>
		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hello.my two nokia mobiles have to get repaired. nokia 7310 supernova&#39;s main buttons on keypad doesn&#39;t work and nokia 2710 hav network problem, it catches network sometimes and after 5  minutes its shows that no network coverage, and when i use the same sim card in another mobile it has network coverage. i ask here for help to get repaired both my mobile phones to the nearest place in bangalore. and i also want to know the prices   for the repairing phones.</p>
