   Hi Mohan,
   You can check that at http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ by logging in with ID & Password provided by BSNL at the time of Broadband installation.

   I have a VODAFONE mobile phone. I subscibed to vodafone news alerts service,Vodafone will deduct RS 30/ from my prepaid account every month. I subscribed to news alert service by typing service no beginning with * and ending with #. WIll any one help me to unsubscribe that service since I dont get help from customer care no 111 ?

   I changed my password in portal website but the next day whn i tried to login it gives the message saying that the username or password is not in the domain
   Whereas I had tried many many ways to contact Bsnl but they give some other excuse even I went to the nearby Bsnl Centre to submit my password resetting letter but to my dismay the SDO has gone for training and there’s no one to receive my letter.PLEASE HELP ME

    wanted to know how to connect the soni erricson handset with my laptop for internet purpose through mobile connects. i’m not able to do so its giving me error msg saying ppp protocal is been terminated. please help since i can connect net through my handset but not lappi . i will be great ful if u can help me on this.

    When connecting through data cable it is connecting but regular use of data cable is causing loosness in port

    @ hitender:

    May be there’s some problem with your GPRS setting. Reset the GPRS setting by asking your operator for new setting. If that doesn’t work too than contact your handset vendor
