I have purchased SONY ERICSSON-W205I mobile phone on Jun 13, 2010 from Sangeeta mobile outlet. The battery back-up of the mobile is very poor, Kindly advise the way forward. As specification the battery back up supposed to be 9Hours talking & 500hours stand by, but i am not getting even 3 hours talking.

3 months ago my brother was sent W5 SONY CAMERA to MADONNA SYSTEM (Authorized sony service centre) D. NO: 3/643 (A2) KHADEEJA SQUARE NEAR ENGLISH CHURCH CALICUT – 673011, KERALA, INDIA (TEL: 0091 4952761526) for repair. We have the problem in LENS. From Madona system said we have to check and inform. We contacted several times. Finally 10 days before we got positive answer from madona. You have to pay 4,000 Indian money. We reject to repair the camera because of nowadays in the market new SONY CAMERA only 5,000- 6,000 Indian Money. We return back the CAMERA.

Actually this CAMERA was purchased from Riyadh-Batha.

SONY CAMERA My brother Had sent to RIYADH (SAUDI ARABIA) I went to one camera technician. He opened the CAMERA front of me. The technician said. Who has open the CAMERA before. I said my brother visited to the authorized SONY Service centre at KOZHIKODE.

We found. ONE SCREW we could not find inside the camera. One panel disconnected from the LENS.

Riyadh technician was agree to repair the camera equivalent of Indian money Rupees 1,000/-

Thing is that, We ensure SONY Company is perfect in the world. At least while return back the CAMERA the SONY service centre should be fix very well like before. What we had the give the camera condition. This is too bad.

We can expect SONY company will take the action against MADONA SONY service centre. Should be check the technicians eligible or not.

We are awaiting good feedback from your company. Otherwise we will disclose this news to the daily news papers. Then MADONNA SYSTEM goodwill will be lose.
