my 20 thousands rupees has been withdrawn from hdfc bank ATM account at Katra (JAMMU)…
So please tell me the what to do.??
I am student and belongs from middle class family….
my papa has deposited money for submission of tuition fees….!!!!

Same has happened to me few days back. I filed the complaint through HDFC netbanking e-mail system and the response was quick. They reverted back in 5-6 days with details that tells me my money will be deposited back within 7 working days after filing of complaint. Still waiting.

As per RBI, Any uncontrolled behavior of ATM machines which cause money loss for the customer should be credited back in to their account with in the next 12 days of time from the complaint date, Failing the same Bank has to pay 100 Rupees fine for every day. This is the RBI rule, you can file a case in case concern Bank failed to do this….
