Dear reader
With great pain I wish to state that the performance of IPTv was misreable during the past few months since installation. Now for over a fortnight the complete system is dead, Just want to know whether the entire system has collapsed even the phones are taken out and services are suspended. What has the authorities say on this, with high expectations many of the subscribers are taken for a ride.
could you give a response
thanks

My Consumer No. is 42429190. Promising a free service for 3 months they disconnected the service within a week after sending lousy smss and making telephonic demands for subscription. Even after so many telphonic reminders for the past 2 months, the iptv people have never bothered to collect the set top box and refund Rs.1500/- as promised by the team. Is it their way of functioning? It is unfortunate that BSNL which had shed its public sector image by improving its customer service magnifold, is partnering these crooks only to spoil the long built image and reputation.
