Yahoo offers a powerful Adress Guard feature to protect your email id from spammers (Spam means unwanted mails).In many forums u need to give your email ID,when you give your email ID that will be listed for sending newsletters & unwanted stuffs.To avoid this u can create disposable IDs to give in any forum & can track the mails coming to that ID.See below for a visual demo.
