Google crawling web pages in Super Fast!

Naturally I do a google search after posting on a topic to see at what position Tech Bangalore is placed. Normally I will do this after one day of posting. But today I simply searched just after 15 mins (YES believe it or not!) & got search result containing my new post!
Just have a look at this screen shot which shows my wordpress dashboard with time when I published my post at 7:40 PM:

You may think that the second screen shot has my system time & I might changed that. But I am posting this post on the same day at 8.40 PM, So you got to believe this! You might get this post on search at 8:55 PM!
