ITZShop.com: Worst online shopping experience!

I was searching for Altec Lansing earphones online. As usual I searched on my favorite shopping site ebay & then shop.in.com. But hard luck at both places, nobody were selling Altec Lansing earphones. Somehow my search landed on ITZShop.com, a shopping website by ITZCash which provides Cash Card service for online payments, mobile phone recharges. I was happy to see many Altec Lansing earphone models at ITZshop, picked the one I wanted. Registered myself & made the payment.

Poor Interface & Usability:

Once paid for your order, there is no way you can know your order status. No confirmation email, no order code, no detail at all! There is no track about your order anywhere! If you try logging into your account next time, it shows a error message “There is nothing in your cart”. There should be something in your cart to login to your account.

Poor Support:

I checked my credit card statement & found the money has been debited for shopping I did. Sent a mail to the support quating my credit card statement. It took a day to reply me for them & in reply they asked me to provide order number. But I never has one & replied them saying that. This time they took a week to reply back, they sent the order number & told me that they are contacting the vendor for the supply. That’s all about it, it never reached me & they haven’t even gave my money back.

Let me send one more mail :P
