Finally! Tata Docomo launches unlimited GPRS plan for just Rs.95 per month!

Unlike other network providers who don’t care a shit about their customers & keep pushing their crappy tariff plans, Tata Docomo listens to customers! I wrote a post about Tata Docomo not being serious about GPRS plans & they commented on that post in a day saying they are going to launch unlimited plan soon. They just did what they promised!! I received a mail from them saying unlimited GPRS plan has been launched. Here is the email:

Hello Prashanth,

We can now announce that the long wait has finally ended. That’s right, TATA DOCOMO has launched another innovative offer in the country, Unlimited GPRS plans. Through the Unlimited GPRS plans, we aim to introduce GPRS plans at prices never seen before in the Indian telecom market. Unlimited GPRS plans will be introduced in two packages.

The first package will be the ‘Rs. 15 GPRS Pack’. This is a pre paid pack wherein a customer can recharge with Rs.15, and thereafter the customer will be allowed to access unlimited data for next 3 days by selecting Docomo internet APN on their handsets. The second package will be the ‘Rs. 95 GPRS Pack’. In this pack, the customer can recharge with Rs. 95, and thereafter the customer will be allowed to access unlimited data for the next 30 days. These packages will be applicable to TATADOCOMO home and roaming network only.

    You all just check ur mobile class of gprs. Also check the gprs sockets UL/DL of ur mobile. Just google. If it is class 10 or 12 or 32 then the speed is good. Dont blame the service providers. Kutta Ooper dekhe bhoke to Devlok ko kuch pharak nahi girnevala hai. Just keep this in mind.

    im from kerala… im getting speeds from 25-35kb/sec… this is a very good speed compared to other networks… & my request to all is, pls dont use airtel… it has the worst speed compared to all other networks.. also if any1 want to unlock their idea netsetter can contact me.. lebinfrancis@gmail.com..
    i’ll give the unlock code 4 ur modem…so that u can use any sim in that & browse…

    i tell u all the prepaid conne ctions provide improper bandwidth… madarchodon shuru shuru sahi dete hain kuch dino baad se sallooon ko cxharbi chad jaati hai aur phir behenchod wahi network problem hote hain… i recommend to use data crad or else cyber cafe 100-200 rs me toh saal tu kya puri broadband kan maza lega kya??????

    Sab sale chor hai. Maine Virgin ka connection liya tha aur 43 ka recharge kiya(2 GB in 30 days. But Sale logo ne 20 din ke baad paisa deduct karna suru kiya. Aur baad me bolta hai ki koi bhi pack activate nehi hai . 100 rupiya 1 din me kaat liya. mother chod log.

    we can’t do anything for browsing speed its about only 460kbps but we wil increase download speed by using softwares orbit downloader, DAP, bit comet, flashget and some more but its impossible to download anything from torrent

    Dear All,
    Please dont use TATA DOCOMO for internet. they will offer a speed of 30Kbps.
    by using that you will come to know that the speed will be 30Bps. And problems like Voice breaking,call not getting connected, call drop will get as a complement.

    sala Docomo chutiya network hai , maar dunga docomo walo ko .
    jaan le lunga unkki
    salla network toh subhan allah hai , aur upar se data transmission toh bade miya hai .
    logo ko attract karne me laga hua hai 48rs me 1 month as 2gb data , par speed toh bahan**od Esi deta hai maano koi Tortoise Chal Raha hai .

    Airtel hi acha hai docomo se .
    mana 98rs me 2gb data deta hai , but kam se kam speed toh achi hai na uski
    saale docomo ki tarah chutiya speeed toh nahi hai na .
    Saal Docomo Bahut Su*k Karta hai .
    Mera Bhej kharab ho jata hai docomo ko use karne ke baad .
    ek Toh Paise ke Paise do aur upar se dimag aur kharab karo ;
    Fuc*ing Docomo ….

    i am using docomo 3g and i get download speed of min 20kbps to max 45kbps…. i still havent tried it on my pc but i think docomo is better than any network in the market…..

    yes you can get 3g speed in simple 2g plan but your mobile should be 3g enabled try it……. it works
