    Hi Rahul,Thanks for your attention,While selecting “State” from drop down in LG website,there are two entries “Karanataka” and “Karnataka.Under Karanataka you will get Belgaum, Davangere, Mangalore..etc and under “Karnataka” you will get Bangalore,Kolar & mysore.This might be mistake from LG web site developers.Even I was not looked at it until your comment.Thank you very much.

    This is regarding e-mail of Mr. Prasanth. The L.G. Service Centre in Bangalore is “A-1 Services, Double Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038 and their Telephone No. is 080-41665859. But one thing, though they mention that the complaint will be attended within 24 hours, they will do it in 24 days, provided you remind them often and if need be go in person. Otherwise, the complaints will be ignored. The Centralised complaint No. is 39010909 or 1800-180-9999 (BSNL).
    To sum up, the service in respectg of LG products is VERY POOR.

    Even my experience with LG service is very bad. I registered a complaint to repair my LG television set (which I purchased around 2 years back and which is now not functional) at LG customer care centre over phone. They told me that within 24 hours, their service engineer will visit the house to repair the problem. But it took more than 72 hours for their service engineer to come. The service engineer diagnosed the fault within 15 minutes and gave shocking news that the repair cost will be more than 5 thousand rupees. I was shocked at this answer as by putting another couple of thousands, I can go for a brand new TV. I contacted LG customer care centre again to send some other service engineer as I was not fully agree with the dignosis done by the previous engineer. The customer care told that they had send a service engineer and again they can’t send other engineer. They provied me a contact number of one of the senior person in LG and asked to speak to that person for further help. I tried to contact on that number, but the number was not existing…………..My experience with LG products service is very very POOR.

    Hi Guys, I am very frustrated from the poor customer care and after sales service of LG Bangalore.     LG has a hopeless service record. They want to sell and than forget about the consumers. My LG Washing machine broke down about 10 days back & I lodged the complaint with LG who redirected the instructions to Faridabad Service centre & they picked up the machine for repairs at.

    Who assured to repair it within a couple of days but after three days when I called up they told that they are attending it & will do the needful at the earliest.
    The next day again I called & got the reply? Our workers are in the field, so I can not tell the status, please call tomorrow?.
    The next day I was told that there was less supply of electricity in the area, so we could not do the needful, please call tomorrow.
    The next day they told that due to heavy rains, we could not open the machine, please call tomorrow.
    The next day the pretext was that they do not have the tools & equipments to open it, so it may take more time.
    When I visited myself at the service centre It was lying unattended and since It was covered under the Insurance, the surveyor could not be intimated to go there to check it & get the estimate. Sir, the insurance surveyor can not take the photographs until and unless the machine?s related part is dismantled.
    Two days back it was surveyed by the insurance Company, but ALAS, the parts are not available with your valued service centre.

    Sir, I do not know how such a large Company like LG is handling the after sales services,
    If this is the culture & tradition of LG, I shall be the last person to buy any LG product in life, rather I shall tell all my nearer and dearer the above painful response of LG?s service centers.

    Can the senior top brass be informed about the third grade way of after sales & service machinery appointed by LG.

    I have absolute shock when on calling second time in one day the owner Mr. Ved told ?Aap ke saath deal karma to bahut hi mushkil hai.?

    Sir, is it the right way to react to a consumer? Is the customer not required to know the status of his washiung machine which is lying with u for last 10 days? Every one can realize that the washing machine is one of the great necessities of a house hold. Then, should the LG service centre owner behave like that? Is the consumer his worker to whom he talked that way?

    He repeatedly made an excuse saying that the LG Company does not have the spares used for after sale services. Do u know that if even a small part of the above complaint is published in a national news paper, the LG may come to an earth the same day?

    Kindly tell your service centre owner Mr. Ved to return my machine to me as it is, I shall sell it to a scrap dealer & will buy the other brand new machine from other company whuich I have tested & found satisfactory in the past. This is the first LG appliance I tried and had a terrible experience.

    I purchased a LG TV and after few months there are color patches on the screen. Called up customer care and they replace the Picture tube. Less than a week after that again there are color patches. After much fight, they replaced the TV last month with another model. Now with less than a month, again I see color patches. The TV Quality is very bad and the customer care people are cheating. Now I am not able to contact any one and I dont have the warranty card for the new TV also.
    Please do not purchase LG products as their product and serivce are very bad.

    To say that LG service team in Bangalore is the lousiest customer care and service support any where in India is an understatement. I am sure even u will agree after going through this mail and my exasperating experience….

    Day 1 :
    Date : 19.11.08, 2 pm
    Attended by :Harish at Bangalore Call centre (080 39010909)
    Complaint registered :S8CB1902499
    Action taken: One uncle (Mr.Solomon- Technician: Mobile : 9739983409) came in to check the TV. After opening the TV, told that there is some minor part missing which costs around Rs.250/- which he has forgotten to carry and he would be back next day (20th) before noon to fix it. We took half day leave on the next day waiting for uncle Solomon who has coolly forgotten all about it. We made 6 calls to his mobile and to the other technicians office number 080-41144750 (given by your call centre). No body picks up the fone and it keeps ringing…

    Day 2 :
    Date : 20th Nov 08; 4.30 pm
    Reminder call to : cust care 39010909 attended by Mr.Pasha
    Response : standard statements:
    -We are working on it;
    -we will close the matter at the earliest;
    -cannot give any more details on the closure of complaint
    -we cannot call you back with the status later on since we do not have outgoing facility from our office
    -If really urgent, pls call the technicians desk on 080-41144750. they can tell you more on the technician
    -sorry, we cannot contact solomon now.

    Day 3 :
    Date :21st Nov 08, 2.45 pm
    2nd reminder call to customer care : Ms.Archana S.B

    Life WAS Good Before I bought LG. My 3 month old Washing machine is broken. I placed a call and they told me that somebody will call me within 72 hours. It should not take that long in a major city like Bangalore.
    After 72 hours, I call back, they say ‘sorry, somebody will call you as soon as possible’. And you can guess what happens next. I am really bugged that these people charge us more than what things cost in America, but give us the worst service possible.

    Many of these dealers, service shop owners etc. are weasels. They don’t work unless you yell at them. If you are not that kind, it is your bad luck. Even large multinationals are working like this.

    Life WAS Good Before I bought LG. My 3 month old Washing machine is broken. I placed a call and they told me that somebody will call me within 72 hours. It should not take that long in a major city like Bangalore.
    After 72 hours, I call back, they say ‘sorry, somebody will call you as soon as possible’. And you can guess what happens next. I am really bugged that these people charge us more than what things cost in America, but give us the worst service possible.

    Many of these dealers, service shop owners etc. are weasels. They don’t work unless you yell at them. If you are not that kind, it is your bad luck. Even large multinationals are working like this.

    I have had similar experience with many other companies as well. It is because we as a society are willing to take this kind of nonsense.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that my Microvawe Oven (Model No : MC-8087ARH) is not working properly from the last 20 days.

    The problem occurs when we try to “Pre-Heat” the microwave (temp ranging from 200-250 degrees centigrade) and the appliance goes dead after 5-7 minutes of pre-heat, with a wire burning smell.

    I have logged a complaint no S9C0800407 for the above issue. Your engineer visited us and adviced us to “Pre-heat the Microwave for 4 minutes and then put the stuff for baking”.

    On being questioned about his logic…. he told us that this happens due to “variance in atmosphere temprature that the microwave does not stop at requied temprature” and that “burnig wire smell is normal”.

    His logic sounds me more of a joke rather then a reality. He twaeked some thing in the Microwave and left.

    Now after he left, I tried to pre-heat the microwave at 230 degrees centigrade. The microvawe gone dead in-between, with a burning smell of wire.

    Would request you to kindly look into this matter seriously as i have already called 4 times to your customer support on the same ticket.

    I am Hemanth, recently I got my LG 29inch TV repaired. the LG servicesman told me that the VOT of the TV has gone and it would cost 2000 rupees. I paid him 1400/- and he did replace the item but the picture clarity was not good so I enquiry with other retailers about the equipment then I came to know that the cost of the VOT was 450/-. i will raise this issue with the LG service centre though I know nothing will happen. so guys pls don’t buy LG products.

    i’m the regular user of LG products & it was working fine.But for the first time some months ago i,had purchased an LG front Loading Washing Machine Model no -WD -80485NP and Machine Serial no – WD6-710PNHN009249 ,Since from 4-5 months i’m facing the problem that not getting a quality wash. it will be just like soaking the cloths in detergent water after taken back from machine,
    with containing the same stains, marks & dirt as placed earlier. regarding the issue i had registered complaints at service center many a time , but ended in vain with results of null. i hope the engineers at LG service division are not well up to mark to solve the consumer problems, coz nearly some 10-15 of them have visited our’s but every one will suggest a new washing method like (Using Same type of cloths,
    Pre-heating water,Pre-wash),few more suggested of only(Cotton,Hand Wash) ,again few suggested for (Quick 30), few even suggested to run the machine without cloths for at least 30 mins before every wash.but one gave a good suggestion of cleaning Air filter with that we achieved little but not complete . Instead of this if we register a complaint at service center, they only assure of attending the fault in 24 hrs or a day ,but till never kept their words. im fed up of calling ur support team , few of time i felt of begging you fellows for service. at every cal they will give new complaint id and assure the same . hence i have decided to get my rights, instead of begging.By, sue (approaching the consumer court) for justice. hope i’ll reach you soon ,else better you can

    I have lodged a complaint with your customer support hat LG washing machine's broke down 3 weeks back and I have been calling them repeatedly and no proper response.Everytime i call get a new Request ID which is of no use.Still the washing machine is lying unrepaired.

    THE FOLKS SITTING AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE.I SERIOUSLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND A CO LIKE LG HAS GOT SUCH INEFFICIENT PEOPLE INCLUDING THE HIGHER LEVEL MANAGEMENT WHO ARE IGNORING THESE SORT OF MATTERS.

    AFTER THIS PATHTIC EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER GO FOR ANY LG PRODUCTS AND ALSO WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENS OR KNOWN PERSON TO GO FOR LG PRODUCTS AS IT SUCKS.

It is just one month old phone, and I am not able to make use of it. wish they repair it fast. In that service centre it is written service within one hour or another spare phone to use until the work is done! nothing is done I wish I never purchased a n LG phone! can anything be done!

Two technicians came to my place, after checking the gadget promissed to send estimation for repair through post and to my e-maill I.D. So far no action taken .     This is very true, I have bought 2 LG products a Front loading washing machine and a muisc system. both had problem.. first why problem, these are long term machines/ equipment. Now when we call LG Service, they visit just have a look at machine and say parts are not availiable and then charge services charges for making this statement.
    Now the shocker, we call local service people, they repaired both my washing machine and music system..

    I booked one complaint for LG TV on dated 23-05-2011, there was smell of some burning , engineer came on dated 23-05-2011, he says nothing has burnet, he opened the TV, and told that some connector was loose and he chardeg as service charges without changing any parts . But on next day i observe some smell coming from TV it was observed that one capacitor is burning > althogh TV is working , but due to burning of one capacitor functioning of TV may change, and it can damage something else in future. Please depute your engineer at earliest.

    LG goods are the worst goods available in the grey market…never ever buy any LG products…I bought a mobile LG 3G compatible after paying 6700/- LG T 325 3 months back…now it has come for panel replacement and LG people say that we dont get warranty for Panels and other stuff…
    I wonder how can any new mobile come for a panel replacement in a matter of 3 months time….
    I handle it very delicately….
    go buy goods in black market, but not LG mobile or its goods….
    LG is not Life’s Good…but its products are Legendary Garbage….

    My T300 mobile got problem just after nine months of buying. I have given it to service center in Azamgarh. But even after 24 days of span they are unable to do the work. They are always giving me reason delay that company is not providing part to us. I really fed up with your product and your service after buy. Now onwords I will never buy any LG product.
    LG service center at is really disappointed. The operator is impolite and rude.

    LG SERVICE CENTERS ARE VERY POOR IN SERVICE. THEY DOES NOT RESPOND IN MONTH’S TIME ALSO, WEATHER IT AS WARRANTY OR NOT. I FACED SO MANY SERVICE PROBLEMS FROM WHEN I BROUGHT MY LG KF350.. IT SHAME TO LG PRODUCTS IN INDIA. I AM FEELING SHAME TO BUY A LG MOBILE

    We purchased an LG washing machine on 23.10.2011 from Vijay Sales Chembur Mumbai. However after a week, the dealer has not arranged for send the company technical for installation and demonstration. I have called both the dealer as well as the LG customer care many times in last one week. However, no one has visited so far. The call to dealer are of no use as they are misbehaving and think as if they have no role after having received the payment and delivering the machine even though the installation is pending. I have even sent email to the dealer but did not receive any reply.

    LG service is absolutely pathetic. Do not buy any LG products. Our washing does not power on and it has been more than 3 weeks. Apparently they don’t have the part. Techinician and the local manager in Bangalore does not care to pick up the phone. I tried them 50 times in last 3 days.
