Podcast is good but next time why not video broadcast? Not only will it show how professional the guys look but also it will be more interactive for people viewing your website. Any way, the whole concept of Kannada bloggers meet was nice and well planned.
Though I prefer modeling or similar careers to blogging, i do it part time for fun. But if you have sound skills in the profession, it will fetch good money.
More promotional events should be started. Blogging is not that hard. Once setup, a person with a niche can start it. So anyone without education can start blogging or writing in local language and manage to get a good fan base.
