I have been CHEATED by one of the reliance vendor, recently a small roadside campaign was held in our locality and were selling the reliance GSM sim for Rs.35/- and said that we would get talktime of Rs.15/- also to add to this they said that the talktime to reliance to reliance is free. Unfortunately, reliance is not checking on the touts who are cheating people, specially the poor section of society who fall prey with this kind of offers. Because initially it is affordable later when calls are made you would find to your dismay that you land up paying Rs1.50/-per call no matter to what connection you dial to. reliance gprs speed is superb .google loads in a second ..only one disadvantage is the charge…there is one more plan Rs.10 which gives u 10 Mb per day.. u can use it only for 24 hours… one thing internet speed is superb but charge is more

hey..i personally think that reliance comes up with gr8 offers….rare network problem shouldnt be an issue if u get to make calls at such low rates…

I used RElaince GSM for two months and paid Rs 950 at the time of connection, Rs 700 for the frist week bill and over that i was able to call STD for only one week. Reliance GSM, blocks ur outgoing after one week based on estimates made by the computer when it exceeds Rs1000 and when ur actual bill will be only Rs200 for one week. Later you keep getting message that “please pay the bill”. None of the coustomer care service will give you right ans to this. NOT TO COMMNET ABOUT THE RECEPTION…ITS THE WORST PART OF IT. , I NEVER RECEVIED CALLS FOR TWO MONTHS!

I suffered and who ever reads this … would make a wise decision!
